In most states, the federal government runs the Marketplace HealthCare.gov (known as the "exchange") for individuals, families and small business coverage. But some states run their own Marketplaces websites. No matter what state you live in, you can enroll in affordable, quality health coverage.
If you live in any of the states listed below, you won’t be able to buy your insurance using HealthCare.gov. But you will have to use your state’s website to enroll in individual, family or small business health coverage in 2020.
California, Colorado ,Connecticut, District of Columbia, Idaho, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington
